Management of Innovation & Business Development (MIB) – program

The key objective of the MIB program is to build competencies designed to meet these challenges, and to train students to use them in integrated problem solving.

Students learn to critically analyse innovative activities in knowledge-intensive companies. Case-based exercises and projects carried out by study groups in innovating companies form an essential part of the learning process as well as the exam format. Graduates obtain a competence profile which combines a broad management perspective on innovation and business development with in-depth skills in knowledge management, organisation, strategy and market development, and management control and finance.
